Terms of Service

Effective date: October 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using PagarPulse ("the app"), operated by Tapas Dutta, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The Service

PagarPulse is a tool for construction contractors to record worker attendance, advances, wage settlements, and a site cashbook, and to generate reports. It is a record-keeping aid — you are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for any wage, tax, or legal obligations that arise from your business.

3. Your Account

You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone number secure. Anyone who can receive codes at your number can access your account and restore your data, so keep your SIM/number secure.

4. Your Responsibilities

5. Your Data

The records you enter remain yours. We store and back them up so you can restore them, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time from within the app.

6. Premium Features

Some features may be offered as a paid premium plan. Pricing and inclusions are shown in the app. Where payments are processed by a third-party app store, that store's terms and refund policies also apply.

7. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapas Dutta is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or from decisions made based on data in it. Keep your own backups of critical records.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for unlawful use.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
