What you are buying

PagarPulse has one paid plan, PagarPulse Premium, in Indian rupees: ₹99 per month or ₹999 per year. Every new account first gets a 14-day free trial with every feature and unlimited workers. The trial needs no card and sets up no UPI autopay, so nothing is charged when it ends.

How you pay

PagarPulse is paid only through Google Play, inside the Android app. Google Play handles the payment and the renewal: the subscription renews every month or year until you cancel it. There is no other payment method or website payment for PagarPulse.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time in Google Play: your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PagarPulse → Cancel. The subscription stays active till the end of the period you have paid for, and no further charge is made.

After it ends, your data is not deleted or locked: you can still view, share and export everything. Adding or editing entries needs an active subscription.

Refunds

Because payments are made through Google Play, refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy:

  • You can ask Google for a refund yourself: see Get refunds on Google Play. Google decides these requests under its own policy.
  • Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, as Google Play processes them.

Need help from us? If you were charged in error (for example twice, or after you had cancelled), or you paid but Premium did not activate, write to tapasdutta@outlook.com or call +91 85058 21666 within 7 days of the charge. Send your Google Play order ID (it starts with GPA.) and the phone number or Gmail you log in with. We will fix the activation or help you get the refund through Google Play.

Price changes

If the price changes, Google Play tells you before the new price applies to your subscription.
